• Electricity is excluded in the rental rate. Electric/Maintenance will be charged at THB 7/unit. Extra Cleaning at THB 1,500 if required. • Security deposit is required on check in at thb 10,000 or any other currency equal to thb 10,000. This amount is refundable if no damage • The base rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests with the standard bed setup. If more than 6 pax will stay the system will calculate the extra bed cost automatically. • If less than 6 persons are staying and you require a special bed setup with extra beds - an extra bed charge will apply.
